New Patients

Welcome to Island Lakes Dental Centre!!

We are currently accepting new patients to our office.  Please call our office or use the "Appointment Request" page on our website to book your appointment today.  We suggest that all patients start with a thorough hygiene appointment and new patient exam including x-rays.  If you recently have seen another dentist or if you are in need of emergency appointment we will adapt the appointment to your needs.  If you have had x-rays taken at another dental office in the last year we ask that you request that your previous dental office mail them to us.

Please print off our NEW PATIENT INFORMATION SHEETS, fill them out and bring them with you to your appointment.

Also if you have dental insurance, please bring your insurance information at your first appointment.

Are you an ANXIOUS or NERVOUS about your dental appointment??

If you experience anxiety or fear before and during dental appointments please let us know so that we can offer you best care possible.  We do offer pre-medication before appointments and we recommend that anxious patients do take this option in order to make your experience here more pleasant for you!  If you are interested in pre-medication please ask any one of our staff members for more information.
